In line with its commitment to supporting national talent and contributing to the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives, Oslco Ltd. has signed a cooperation agreement with King Abdulaziz University, represented by the Faculty of Maritime Studies. The agreement aims to support the localization of Saudi-owned vessels and enhance national capabilities within the maritime sector. 

The agreement seeks to provide practical training opportunities for faculty students aboard vessels owned by Oslco, across engineering, navigation, and ship maintenance disciplines. This initiative will contribute to preparing students and ensuring their readiness to enter the Saudi labor market in accordance with the highest professional standards. 

This step forms part of Oslco’s ongoing efforts to support national education outcomes and equip young talent with essential hands-on experience. The company also aims to attract qualified Saudi professionals in parallel with the planned expansion of its fleet and the anticipated increase in the number of vessels owned in the future. 

This collaboration reflects Oslco’s strategic direction and policies in supporting localization, strengthening partnerships with academic institutions, and contributing to the development of the maritime sector in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
